팔굽혀펴기 한개부터 시작했어요

매일 하루에 하나씩 늘렸죠

늘릴 수 없을 땐, 전날 했던 개수만큼 했어요.

사람들에게 1부터 시작하라고 이야기해요

조금씩 조금씩, 인생은 조금씩 바꾸는 겁니다.

팔굽혀펴기 뿐만 아니라 모든것이 그렇죠. 무언가를 할때 하나부터 시작한다는 마인드로 하시는군요.

I started with one push up.

Everyday I would add a push up.

If I could'nt add a push up, I do the numbers that I had done the day before

I tell people that 'start with 1'

inch by inch, Life's a cinch
